Fill out the form and include in the package.

Attach label to the package and send your handpieces to NSK.
Please ensure you get a tracking number when you take it to the Post Office.
STEP 4
We’ll contact you with a quotation, make any agreed repairs and return your instruments

- ORIGINAL NSK PRODUCTS ONLY
- Large products (e.g. control units, automatic handpiece maintenance systems, etc.) will need to be properly packed in a suitable box, onto which the Freepost label
can be attached. For a fee we can also send out a customised flight case for safe transportation. - Service and repair timeframes may vary depending on how quickly a quotation is approved.
